We are selective about the quality of the craftspeople involved in our projects. Most have already worked with us on the majority of our projects, which offers the consistency and teamwork you need to coordinate diverse branches of a project, including framing plumbing, electric, carpentry, finishing, custom cabinetry, landscaping and water features including docks, pools and more.

Who We Are

Kimber Eaton enjoys a challenge. The son of an engineer and yacht broker hailing from Essex, CT, Kim is as comfortable on the top of a construction project as on a boat navigating treacherous waters.

Kim cut his teeth building ski lifts in Vermont and "horse housing" (stables) in Bridgehampton, NY. Adept at reading a plan, coordinating a project and changing course with a defined solution when a problem arises, your project is in good hands with Kim.

Fully insured,  a contractor fully licensed with the Town of Shelter Island and, for good measure, a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
